- We do an IT assessment of the existing internet service and local network infrastructure. Assuming you require upgrades, we will provide a detailed assessment.
- Once we have our initial assessment, we configure your cloud-based Business Phone System, auto attendants, dial directory, and other features, depending on what your business needs to fulfill it’s unique goals.
- We provide the full installation and configuration of your new VoIP Phones.
Installation, Activation and Training Phase
- We will organize the installation and activation of service so that you experience minimum or no downtime of your phone service.
- If porting your current phone numbers, we will coordinate with your existing carrier. This will guarantee a smooth changeover of service with minimum interruptions.
- Additionally, we also offer training so that your staff can operate their new phones.
