When Mobile Twinning is activated, incoming calls will not only ring at your extension, but also at your mobile device. This means that you never have to miss a call. Here is how it works:
- If you answered the call at your twinned device, the call to your extension terminates.
- If you answer the call on your extension, the call to the twinned device is terminated.
To change from your active twinned device to your extension all you have to do is answer your extension and press the Twinning call appearance or DSS button. The call to the twinned device is terminated.
Or if your extension has no call appearance buttons, pick up the call by dialing the Mobile Twinned Call Pickup short-code. The call to the twinned device is terminated.
